Returning from Winter Break is an exciting time for FWA Middle School students. Instead of jumping right back into their class schedule, Middle School students engage in “classrooms without walls,” selecting their own course of study to start the new year. For three days, their regular schedule is suspended and each student chooses from a variety of three-day courses designed to energize and expand the way they think.

Collective imaginations of FWA teachers, parents and community volunteers, create courses that look well beyond the routine and help students build new perspectives.
