All students in grades kindergarten through sixth attend classes in visual arts and performing arts as a part of their regular class schedule.  As their technical skills increase, students in grades seven and eight have the opportunity to select elective classes in art, theater, band and percussion.  Age appropriate understanding, appreciation and literacy are the goals throughout the study of the arts
