Preparing your children for their tomorrow... today!

Forth Worth Academy
Volunteer

Volunteering is a fun, exciting, and important way to stay involved in your student’s life, and to meet other parents. Students appreciate their families’ involvement and parents’ example also supports the values of the school’s community service.   Parent volunteers give valuable expertise to the school, volunteering their time and talent, and generously supporting projects. This help from parents keeps the school’s costs at a minimum.

Each year Fort Worth Academy captures the numerous hours our volunteers provide to the school.  The following is a list of areas for which we are seeking volunteers:

  • Alumni Support/Reunions
  • Athletic Events
  • Fall Carnival
  • Fundraising Events
  • Graduation
  • Grandparents’ and Special Friends’ Day
  • Library
  • Office Help/Bulk Mailings
  • Teacher Appreciation and Support
  • Touch a Truck
  • Warrior Wardrobe

The school’s Parents’ Club coordinates many opportunities for volunteers and involvement.  To contact this year’s president of the Parents’ Club or to learn more about volunteer opportunities and the Parents' Club, call our office at 817-370-1191.
