Fort Worth Academy educates students through innovative teaching methods focusing on each child. The teachers and staff believe in building character as well as intellect, decency as well as literacy, and virtue as well as knowledge.
From kindergarten through the eighth grade, the course of study at Fort Worth Academy is based in the classical liberal arts tradition blending leading-edge educational practices integrated with technology applications. With high academic standards, the faculty and staff are dedicated to providing the best learning experience for students while encouraging their character development. Fort Worth Academy is preparing each child for his or her tomorrow…today.
The characteristics that make a Fort Worth Academy education unique ---small class size, accelerated and on-level curricula to support various student strengths and interests, 1:1 Laptop Program for all students in grades 2 – 8, a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities, exceptional faculty, and a very specific mission----require significant financial resources not covered by tuition.
The direct educational costs per student per year entail more than tuition and fees, requiring the remainder to be raised from other sources, including philanthropic gifts. For such vital support, Fort Worth Academy relies on donations from our school community and the community at large. Each year, these much needed contributions provide essential, professional development, facilities improvements, renovations, and operating costs not covered by tuition.
Fort Worth Academy offers many opportunities for giving to include:
-
Annual gifts
-
Contributions to capital projects
-
Charitable planned gifts
-
Tuition assistance program
-
Technology application needs
-

Gifts of talent and time through volunteering are also treasured.
We celebrate today’s successes because of the generous and continued support of our donors, school families, alumni, foundations, and business partners. We thank all of our generous donors and volunteers for their support without which our considerable achievements and steady growth would not be possible.
