Athletics at FWA

Fort Worth Academy is committed to developing both strong bodies and strong minds. Our robust athletics and physical education programs round out our exceptional curriculum. In Middle School students have the opportunity to participate in competitive athletics.

Beginning in fifth grade, our athletics program expands to include competitive athletics in a broad variety of individual and team sports. All Middle School Academy students have an equal opportunity to participate in the competitive athletics program, and parents receive sign-up sheets prior to each season. While healthy competition is important, we believe that participation and teamwork are as valuable as the pursuit of individual excellence.

Our competitive athletics program offers Middle School students a variety of opportunities to develop their teamwork, leadership and physical skills. This optional but highly popular program includes baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, 6 man tackle football, flag football, soccer, golf, track and field, softball and volleyball. We participate with numerous schools around the metroplex through a league called Christian Schools Athletic Fellowship, CSAF. Our Athletic Director is also the Director of the CSAF league.
