The best education

begins here

When your child enrolls, the whole family becomes part of something great. Joining the Academy means more than an exceptional private school education—it means participating in a history of excellence and innovation.
Experience for yourself how Fort Worth Academy offers the very best in education for your child.
We focus on childhood, early adolescence and providing highly personalized instruction. Fort Worth Academy is uniquely prepared to ensure each student begins high school with a foundation for academic and lifelong success.
We respect our students’ unique strengths and learning profiles and progressively design courses of education that challenge, motivate and intrigue. Through this flexible and dynamic approach, your student will become increasingly confident, focused and enthusiastic about learning. And after actively participating in guiding the course of their own education, eighth grade students are prepared to make an informed choice about which high school to attend and are aggressively recruited by elite high schools.
    • The results are outstanding – Academy students are heavily recruited by prestigious high schools, with over 99% of Academy graduates going to the high school of their first choice.

Small class sizes allow for innovative methods

With a maximum of 15 students per classroom, the Academy has some of the smallest student-to-teacher ratios among Fort Worth private schools. However, it's not just about having a low student-to-teacher ratio, it is about scientific studies indicating 15 or fewer students in a classroom is optimal for learning.  This means teachers have the resources, time and flexibility necessary to develop targeted, innovative and effective methods for each child, assessing students’ achievements on an individual basis.

Our Teachers Are Experts In Their Fields

Our teachers provide a welcoming environment and educate through fun, engaging activities. Academy teachers model their enthusiasm for the adventures of learning. Recently returned from a successful archaeological dig, one teacher reburied artifacts on campus, allowing students the thrills of participating in an authentic excavation!

A well-rounded curriculum

At the Academy, we strive to develop the strengths and passions of each child. To that end, we have robust offerings in Academics, including the Entrepreneurship-Leadership-Innovation (ELI) Initiative, Athletics and the Arts.

A diverse and welcoming environment

The Fort Worth Academy community celebrates diversity as an invaluable and integral aspect of the learning experience—indeed, of the human experience. Our collective individual differences broaden our perspective, shape our character and feed our compassion. At Fort Worth Academy, our diversity makes us strong.

The Academy respects and encourages diversity in what you do, how you do it, and why you do it.  The traits that make a child unique from others are often their greatest strengths.  Exposure to diversity enables children to find their unique identities and their paths earlier in life.

We hope you’ll visit the campus and let us welcome you and your family in person!
